Listio also offers connected inspection features, mobile access, photos and team sharing. StayStock Desk costs 50 EUR once because it is a simpler local Windows stock ledger with manual linen movements. It does not include those connected services. Free spreadsheets and free software plans may be enough for basic needs. Compare the workflow you need, not only the price; this is not a claim of identical features or guaranteed savings.

How it works

Create locations and items, then record opening quantities as receipts. Transfer linen between real locations and conditions, record consumption and set minimums. Inspect clean/available stock and investigate discrepancies before making a separate adjustment. An inspection never silently changes your stock.

Delivery and requirements

Windows 10/11 x64 and a modern browser. Download and fully extract the ZIP, then launch OPEN.vbs or START.cmd. Runtime, English/Romanian guides, license, test sources and checksum manifest are included. No separate Node installation or account needed. The package is not digitally signed. Data stays on this PC; each Windows user/computer has an independent database.

Check before buying

Whole-number quantities only; use smaller units such as ml when needed. Enter stock movements in date order; future movements are rejected. Costs are administrative estimates, not invoices, FIFO, weighted average costing or tax accounting. No photos, barcode/RFID scanning, automatic counts, mobile access, cloud sync, remote cleaner accounts, Airbnb/Booking synchronization, StayLedger integration, guest billing or payments. No automatic annual rollover. Technical ceilings: 20,000 movements, 5,000 each of items/locations/minimums/inspections and a 7 MB document, whichever is reached first. Keep exported backups.
