WHAT YOUR PURCHASE INCLUDES

A Windows 64-bit ZIP, bundled runtime, English/Romanian quick-start guides, a blank CSV import template, license and third-party notices. Extract the entire ZIP and run START.cmd. No Python or Node installation is required.

IMPORTANT FIT & LIMITS

This is local Windows software, not a hosted mobile app. No live Airbnb/Booking.com API, iCal synchronization, channel manager, online card collection, dynamic pricing or cloud sync. Reservation conflicts are checked only against records you enter/import; this does not prevent independently made bookings on external platforms. PDF reports are administrative records, not fiscal invoices or tax filings. Cash result and stay contribution are not accounting profit. Shared overheads are not automatically allocated. Keep private backups of guest records.

PERPETUAL LICENSE

The purchased version can be used indefinitely in your own business. Future major upgrades, unlimited support, hosting and compatibility with every future OS are not promised.
