Requirements and delivery

Windows 10/11 x64 computer and a modern browser. Download and fully extract the ZIP, then launch OPEN.vbs or START.cmd. Node.js runtime is included; no separate installation or account required. The package is not digitally signed. Data is saved locally per Windows user. Each computer's database is independent.

Please check before buying

This is a desktop coordinator's planner. No mobile app, phone access, multi-device sync, GPS, maps, automatic route optimization, public ride matching, automatic WhatsApp messages, ticket sales, online payments or payroll system. Trip costs and actual attendance are entered manually. Reimbursements are full-contribution manual checkmarks, without partial payments. One currency per database, chosen before the first journey. Export your own backups regularly.
